Refund policy

We get it, you may have had a change of heart or chosen the wrong item, whatever the case, our refund policy is easy breezy.

Within 30 days of receiving your package, simply write to us at sales@karemist.com.au  with your intention to receive a refund, attach a screenshot of your receipt. We will email you to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. No need to send back your item, we know how annoying the shipping process can be! 

Our return policy is covered for first time customers on their first purchase, up to the value of $50.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
